I wasn't really in a good mood after school just now .
I didn't know why but I just felt tired . Thirsty . Sleepy .
So , I decided just to keep quiet cause the more I talked , the more thirsty I will be . Especially on a HOT day just now .
After school , asked Miss Zie money to get our prizes for tomorrow's funfair . Went to NTUC at Tampines Mall with amirah . While we were walking to the interchange , saw bob & danny . Since we are totally crazy about Danny , bob asked us to send him to school & so we agreed cause we were also walking at that path . Once we reached the NTUC , bought 2 packets of TIMEOUT & 2 packets of FRUITPLUS .
Then , we rushed back to school cause we were supposed to be there before 2pm . Kedebak Kedebuk .
Planned everything . The schedule for tomorrow & who is in what shift . After that , went back . Went home straight cause I was damn tired . Reached home & straight away I went to sleep . ^^

7 more months to go . Countdown .

Teacher's Day celebration was fine . The dance was awesome while the singing was not so bad but sadly, Miss Zie wasn't around .
After the concert & the 3km walk at Junyuan Secondary , we decided to go back to Junyuan Primary to meet the teachers . The journey back was fine too . Got to meet alot of my primary school mates & some of them really change . Like alot ! There were like quite alot of them like Ahmad . Khairul . Qadri . Ramdhan & Hazazi . Hazazi changed since I have not met him for quite a long time . He's so tall ~ Oh well , I have to say , all of my primary school mates have grown taller except for me . Im still the same . No difference. Other than them , there were few other people that I've met but the MOST changed I've ever seen is , Aqil . I can't even recognise him for goodness sake ! ^^
After the visit back to Jyps , we bus-ed back home to interchange . Got Safuraa's skirt & off we walked back home . Reached home around 3pm . Took a shower & off to LALAland ^^

Ohh btw , for now , I think I wont be uploading photos . For now . Cause blogger has gone haywire . Facebook, erm , I can't upload it . So left friendster & blogger if it has gone back to itself . (:

I've lost my freaking wallet . Not really sure if I misplaced it but I can't find it at all . I've searched high & low in my house but to no avail . I believe everyone has their own best friends . I have my own kind of friends too . Young , Old . Boy , Girl . I don't really mind . However, recently I feel uneasy about two of my friends , Guy friends to be exact. I feel as though I am the middle person now . The third party , which means I have to treat them as equal as possible so one won't feel left out or something . Even though one of them told me the story about what actually happen, I still feel bad about it . So, as I was thinking back about what happened between the both of them, I feel so sad . I know it got nothing to do with me at all but since both of them are my friends , I do feel sad about them . I just hope that I won't lose any of them cause I have always treasured our friendship .

So yeah , today's friday . Tiring one for me . Had my Chem TA in school just now . I really did study hard for it on Thursday night & I really hope it will paid off . Alhamdullilah, It was manageable for me . Hopefully I pass ! :D
Next was NCC training . I was told that we will be having a meeting at 1pm. So here's the story, My school ended at 1230 sharp . Then , I went to Amalina's class to collect the skirt that my sister asked for . Oh & btw , thanks ey amalina . Will return it soon ^^ .
After collecting it , I quickly went home .brisk walk to be exact . Reached home around 1245 . Took my stuff & went out again . & brisk walk back again to school . Reached just in time at 1 . So, I went to the NCC room & found out that there was no meeting . Pissed off sia ! My face was all RED due to the hot sun & the walk ! hahah .
Then, training as pernormal . Something happened after training . Inside joke with Inyirah & Hidayah . ^^

As promised, I will update about yesterday . SO yeah , just a summary okey .

Went out of the house at 6.45am & meet girlfriends in the Interchange .
Then we proceed to All Saints Home .
Gedebak gedebuk~ took attendance . Tin & shirt & went to the interchange & start collecting .
& since we are tired & mostly did have their breakfast , we decided to eat .
Then , went off to Khai's house & rest for awhile . After that we proceed back to return our tins .

Recognizing that arguments are inevitable and normal versus catastrophic is helpful. One way to do this is to practice taking a step back when involved in a dispute. See if you can view your contribution to the situation with a sense of humor. Perhaps you can even laugh at yourself. This can interrupt getting stuck in a defensive stance. This in turn allows logic to resume. You will also be more open and responsive to your partner’s feelings. This approach can help couples that are struggling as well as strengthen healthy relationships.

Communication in Healthy Relationships

Good communication is a vital component of healthy relationships. This is common knowledge we accept as fact. However, applying the concept isn’t always easy – especially during disagreements. Expressing yourself without appearing blaming or judgmental is often where this goes wrong. Problems occur when we make assumptions about what, how or why someone did whatever occurred. To avoid this trap, ask questions. Allow the person to answer. Listen while attempting to understand the other person’s point of view. Successful relationships depend on good communication to keep them strong. This is especially important during arguments. Use these tools to pull you through to the other side:

· Avoid blame and judgment. Explain what you thought and how you felt without assigning responsibility to the other person for your reactions.

· Do not make assumptions. You seldom truly know why someone did whatever occurred. The conclusions you make will be based on your past experiences vs. the other person’s perspective.

· Don’t let your emotions dictate your behavior. Feelings are important and should be acknowledged. However, do not react to whatever is triggered. Instead, make a purposeful decision about how to respond.

· Listen! Pay attention instead of planning your defense strategy while the other person is talking.

Components of Successful Relationships

Long term relationships require care and work to maintain closeness. Common components found in successful relationships include: communication, respect, trust, sharing, individuality and self-care. In addition, it is helpful to approach the challenges and triumphs of life (and the relationship) as a team. Fighting fairly, supporting one another and not holding grudges all help with this goal.

Successful relationships are based on the following components:

· Communication. Listen to your partner. Avoid blame and judgment. Do not make assumptions. Don’t let your emotions dictate your behavior.

· Trust and respect. A sense of trust is present when each person feels safe to be open, honest and genuine. Respect helps build this through not judging or criticizing the other’s opinions, feelings and beliefs.

· Team approach. When tough times hit, try to remember you’re on the same team. You either both win or both lose. Support each other and work together. Relationships are not meant to be a tug of war against each other. In fact, you both should be on the same side pulling against the world.

· Deal with problems as they arise. Conflict is a natural part of any relationship. Addressing differences one at a time helps avoid bad feelings spoiling a good relationship. Do not hold grudges; work through the matter and let it go.

· Share responsibility and decision making. Healthy relationships are an equal partnership. This applies to the work involved as well as the power dynamics between the couple.

· Fight fair. Judging your partner undermines a relationship. Address behavior without criticizing the person. Know where your partner’s vulnerable spots are and never use these during conflicts.

· Take care of yourself. It is your responsibility to know what you want and determine how to achieve that. Make any requests of your partner clear and direct. It is not okay to blame someone for your failure to assert yourself.

Avoiding Blame: Relationship Advice

Avoiding blame and judgment is important relationship advice. Openly share issues, emotions and concerns without blaming anyone for their existence. Even when you are upset by something your partner has done, challenge yourself to not view your partner’s behavior as “wrong.” While the behavior may be displeasing to you, this does not make you “right.” Your emotions are valid and important, that is different then your reaction being a standard of truth to measure another against. Explain what you thought and how you felt without assigning responsibility to the other person for your reactions. The response you have is based on your experiences, beliefs and assumptions versus the other person’s intent or actions.

Distance and Space

Two people need to be comfortable with who they are before they can be a full partner to someone else. A partnership works best when both individuals are solid and strong on their own, and look to make a ´better´ situation by going together. If the partners are only together to run from something else, or neglect what they need personally, then things simply aren´t going to work well.

Of course, every individual needs a different amount of space to be content. It could be that the amount you need is to your partner not ´space´ but ´separation´. And indeed, sometimes when people look for space they really want to get away from their partner instead of just in towards themselves. Really think about why you want distance, and then talk to your partner about his/her concerns and the whole situation. Hopefully you´ll find a compromise!

NCC day Rehearsal was awesome ! Yes , despite the tired-ness , believe it or not , Im really looking forward for the upcoming trainings . I met alot of new friends . They were really damn friendly & helpful (:

Alhamdullilah , my asthma is getting better . Like what Khai said , "DOLAT" . Why ? Cause in school , i used to disturb her with 'sempot' because she herself is having asthma (: Sorry khai . Moving on ,
I kind of not satisfied with PDS training today . I know the previous day both units had their PT training . Worst more the boys finished their training in the afternoon around 2+PM . However , they take their initiative to at least come down despite their body cramps . But girls , I kind of disappointed with you . Seriously . I know you girls is having cramps all over due to the PT training . I myself is having cramps but I take the initiative to come down to training eventhough I have cramps all over & i just had my asthma attack the day before . So the only girl who came was myself & Fatin but Fatin had to leave for her class & tuition so I understand . haiz .. For those who has told me earlier , I excuse you girls but remember this going to be your last time Im going to excuse you . & even if you are sick or not feeling well or you have cramps , just come down & I'll see what i can do . okey ? For the pass few days , I feel like im a fish who is desperately looking for water . I wonder why do people always look down on fat or a proper word , Obese . I mean , they are still human beings just like other people in the word . So , the question is , Why do these group of people often get criticize by other people . I may consider myself in these group of people . I often get criticize by others but I dont care much . All I did was just smile cause I know that we still have a heart . We may look "bad" on the outside but they dont know about the "inside" . Imagine if a person is slim & not obese but his/her attitude is like a piece of shit . However its the opposite for an obese person . Would you still rather go after that slim , "hot' & " pretty" person . I dont think so . For my case , whenever I get critisize , I ignore them & take it as a compliment . Hey people , holidays has just began but still to me , I dont think so there will be rest for me . For example, this coming tuesday, 2 June , I'll be off to my specialist course all the way till 5 June . Then after that , I will have my PDS , NCC & GOH trainings . Imagine how tiring I will be . In addition , tomorrow , i'll be following the Part A for the Energy Experience thing cause since I KNOW no one will be following them cause they are 'BUSY' with their stuff , I agreed to follow them since theres nothing much to do at home rather then rot in front of this screen -.-

&& Ohh , Did you know , walking alone by yourself can be more fun than you thing ? What I meant was , just now , in the afternoon , I went to the library to return my book & to borrow another book . & also, I went to Tampines Mall to look for a notebook . then , I walked around the mall just for the sake of window shopping . & fyi , Cotton On is having sale . I feel like getting some tops or bottoms from there . After that , I went to Old ChangKee to get the Curry O & off i went back home . On the way back , I feel like fainting cause it was freaking hot . & these few days , Im not feeling well . I got a bad sore throat . It feels so dry & I kept on coughing non stop . Today was a blast . I had fun even though it was a last minute planning by LiyanDA . So after school , followed some of them to Junyuan Primary School for the GIFT carnival . Played floorball against Springfield & Tampines & We won 1st runner up . After the event , Iliyana , myself, Shakira & her friend & also the NccBoys walked to EastPoint Mall . Its somehow like during the HariRaya . FUN ~ Once we reached EastPoint , its already like 6+ & Faris offered us to go back with him since his dad is fetching us . So , we walked around the mall & at 6.30 met his dad . Took lorry back home . FUN ~ I LOVE IT ! Drop off infront of school gate & walked back home . Reached around 7.30PM . TIRED ! I NEED REST ! I know it has been few days since Ive last updated this blog of mine . Been busy with my CCA after the exams . Yes , as I am being loyal to my CCA , I will just go no matter how tired I am . & i forgot to share with you guys about my happy news ! Ive been selected for the NCC DAY GOH contigent & not forgetting Efa but that girl told me she wants to back up last minute but I managed to persuade her not to (:

Today , we were told to go to HQ again after school to collect our No.1 uniform . Right after school , met Efa & follewed her back to collect her money & went off to the interchange . Since she wanted to eat first , we went to KFC to have our lunch . After lunch , took 72 & went straight to Amoy Quee Camp . In the bus , there was this cute little girl . Im not sure if she's a Malay or Chinese but she's so adorable . However , after some time , she's getting on our nerves . ( can asked efa how irritated she was ) :D

Once we reached , draw out our no.1 & went back home .

Chapter 05

I sacrificed my Saturday morning just to wake up as early as 5.30AM to go for the PDS Selection . I got ready , called Terrance & told him that my brother will be sending us to Amoy Quee Camp . So , when I called him , he just woke up & need time to wash up & everything . I went out of the house around 7AM & fetched him infront of the front gate . Then ,we headed off & since it is still early , we decided to have our breakfast first at Jalan Kayu . After eating , we continued our journey to our destination . We were still early so we hang around in the car first . After a while , we decided to go inside . We booked in & headed our way in to the MPH .
When we reached , I was the only girl there & I started to panic but after a while , there were few other girls who came . Soon , our attendence were taken & we were asked to assemble at the lower parade square . So , we marched from the MPH to the place instructed . I miss marching in HQ . Honestly , I just love going to HQ , with the other people from other schools . We dont just get to make new friends but we also get to do the activities together , especially in huge numbers of people . k Next , since we were not allowed to draw out weapons , we were graded based on our performance . We were asked to do stationary drills . Then , we had to do the rifle PT . The rifle was so heavy . It weight around 4-4.5 kg . Heavier than our M16 but i did manage to do the PT . After PT , we had our interview . I was the first one so whatever the question that was given to me , I tried my best to think quickly & answer it . We were then asked to go home without telling us if we were qualified to the Basic PDS course . So , I guess they will informed us late May. After we reached Tampines , Syazwani & her friend inculding myself went to Macdonald to have our Late Late breakfast cum lunch . Then , saw ACAP & GANG(to Iliyana) . Confronted him infront of his friends . Then , off I walked home .

Its Friday & all of us got back our papers . Not all of them but for us , we got back our Chemistry , Social Studies , Maths & Principle of Accounts (POA) .
Im not satisfied with all my marks except for POA . Chemistry , I got 25/50 . Even though it is still a pass but to me , Im not that satisfied . I studied hard for every paper but this is the kind of marks I got. ): Next , it was Social Studies , still , I tried my best to memorise or to remember the notes our teacher gave . However , I only got 15/30 . Yes , I did pass . Then came Maths . I knew Im not going to achieve good grades for it . For sure Im going to screw up . & I did . Paper 1 , I got a grade of 30/60 . Paper 2 , I got 24/60 . Thus, when you combined both papers I failed . Cheng Feng did the calculations for me & I failed by 5 marks . I got 45/100 . Hopefully , our teacher will help me get those 5 marks from our CA in order for me to pass . God Willing . Last but no least , POA . I still remembered , after our POA examinations , I cried because after we shared our answers , mostly told me that the answer shouldnt have any cents . As for me , I got an extra of 50 cents in my working . So I panic & I break down into tears . However , when I got my papers back today , I was ecstatic with the results I achieved . I didnt know that I would pass that particular subject . I was shocked ! I got an A2 for it . 72/100 . In addition , Bestfriend & I has made a deal . Its a deal whereby if I were to achieve the target he gave me which is 60, I will get a chocolate from him . It will better if I were to achive higher & I did it ! :D && Ohh , On the other hand , tomorrow will be my PDS Selection in HQ . Hopefully I got chosen . Will be going with Terrance as early as 6.45AM at the Interchange . So , wish me luck !

& Yes , I did not went out today . It is such a waste of time to sit & rot at home doing nothing & just stuck infront of this screen or maybe in front of the TV screen . It such a boredom . -.-'' Howver , On a brighter side , I can't wait for tomorrow . I can't wait for our excursion to the Singapore Discovery Centre for our Post exam Activities . With my friends along , for sure it's going to be double of fun . I have no idea what has been planned for us . They just told us to report in school by 7 in either PE shirt or our Class Tee Shirt ( as for me , it will be our class tee ) & also to bring along trackpants for both girls & boys . In addition , we have to bring along Insect Repellent & some light snacks . So I wonder what they planned for us . What I know is that we will be having a concert for the Junyuan Got Talent finalist so whatever for are they asking us to bring insect repellent . But its okey , Lets just wait & see & I'll update more about what happen tomorrow cause for now , im going to play some online games which has been recommended by Hanif .
